We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for your convenience with a small fee of ₹85. Please note the following:

• COD is not available in some states.
• For orders below ₹699, a COD fee of ₹119 will be charged.
• After you place a COD order, we will try to confirm it by calling you up to 2 times. If you don’t answer or confirm your order, it will be cancelled automatically.
• If your COD orders are repeatedly unconfirmed, we will not accept COD orders from you in the future.

We highly recommend placing a prepaid order for a smoother experience and priority shipping.

Prepaid orders are processed faster and come with free and extra shipping benefits!

Please understand that preparing and shipping orders takes time and effort. We truly appreciate customers who are serious about their purchases and value our time as much as we value theirs.

Standard Shipping: Delivered within 7-15 working days.

If there is an expected delay in product shipment, company will inform the customer with updated shipping timeline and details.

If incase the shipping address or contact number provided by the customer is incorrect due to which we are unable to deliver, in that case the order will be considered completed and no refund will be made. The company will make one more attempt at delivery after confirming the address from the customer, the customer will have to pay the shipping charges for the same.

Products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable except for major defects. In case of damage, defect, or missing items, email ask.terrana@gmail.com within 24 hours with clear images and an uncut unboxing video.

Requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
