Shipping policy

Once the order is placed the delivery details will be shared via email/phone. Tracking details are shared by our logistics team via email that is ask.terrana@gmail.com once the order has been dispatched.

Standard Shipping: Delivered within 7-15 working days.

If there is an expected delay in product shipment, company will inform the customer with updated shipping timeline and details.

If incase the shipping address provided by the customer is incorrect due to which we are unable to deliver, in that case the order will be considered completed and no refund will be made. The company will make one more attempt at delivery after confirming the address from the customer, the customer will have to pay the shipping charges for the same.
