- For orders below ₹699, a COD fee of ₹119 will be charged.
- After you place a COD order, we will try to confirm it by calling you up to 2 times. If you don’t answer or confirm your order, it will be cancelled automatically.
- If your COD orders are repeatedly unconfirmed, we will not accept COD orders from you in the future.

If there is an expected delay in product shipment, company will inform the customer with updated shipping timeline and details.
If incase the shipping address or contact number provided by the customer is incorrect due to which we are unable to deliver, in that case the order will be considered completed and no refund will be made. The company will make one more attempt at delivery after confirming the address from the customer, the customer will have to pay the shipping charges for the same.
