We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for your convenience with a small fee of ₹85. Please note the following:

• COD is not available in some states.
• For orders below ₹699, a COD fee of ₹119 will be charged.
• After you place a COD order, we will try to confirm it by calling you up to 2 times. If you don’t answer or confirm your order, it will be cancelled automatically.
• If your COD orders are repeatedly unconfirmed, we will not accept COD orders from you in the future.

Once the order is placed the delivery details will be shared via email/phone. Tracking details are shared by our logistics team via email that isask.terrana@gmail.comonce the order has been dispatched.

Standard Shipping: Delivered within 7-15 working days.

If there is an expected delay in product shipment, company will inform the customer with updated shipping timeline and details.

If incase the shipping address or contact number provided by the customer is incorrect due to which we are unable to deliver, in that case the order will be considered completed and no refund will be made. The company will make one more attempt at delivery after confirming the address from the customer, the customer will have to pay the shipping charges for the same.

Priority / Express Shipping (2-3 days):

If you would like your order to be shipped on priority or via express courier (Air), please email us at ask.terrana@gmail.com with your Order ID within 2 hours of placing the order, and our team will assist you.

All sales are final. All Terrana products are non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-cancellable, except in cases of a verified defect, damage, wrong product or missing item. Returns and exchanges are not accepted due to hygienic reasons.

For any order-related issue, please email us at ask.terrana@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery and include:

• Your Order ID
• A complete uncut unboxing video
• A clear demonstrative video showing the issue
• Clear pictures of the product

Please inspect your order as soon as it is delivered. If an eligible issue is verified, we will provide a replacement of the originally ordered item.

We do not provide refunds except in cases where the ordered product is unavailable and a replacement cannot be fulfilled.

All prepaid orders are final and cannot be cancelled once placed.

Tarnishing, fading or damage caused by exposure to water, sweat, perfume, lotions, chemicals, other liquids, improper storage or normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing defect and is not eligible for refund or replacement.

Our jewellery is designed for regular, everyday styling. But just like your favourite shoes, bags or clothes, jewellery naturally experiences wear over time.

The lifespan of a plated finish can vary depending on your skin, climate, frequency of wear, and exposure to water, sweat, perfumes, skincare and other chemicals.

A little care goes a long way

To keep your Terrana pieces looking their best:

• Avoid direct contact with perfumes, lotions, sanitiser and harsh chemicals.
• Remove jewellery before showering, swimming or exercising.
• Avoid prolonged exposure to sweat and moisture.
• Wipe your jewellery gently after wearing it.
• Store pieces separately in a dry place to prevent scratching and friction.

What does our warranty cover?

If your jewellery arrives damaged or has a genuine manufacturing defect, please contact us with your order details and clear photos/videos of the issue.

Eligible manufacturing defects will be assessed by our team and resolved according to our warranty policy.

What isn't considered a manufacturing defect?

Normal wear and tear is not covered under warranty. This includes:

Gradual fading or tarnishing, scratches, loss of shine, plating wear, accidental damage, breakage caused by pulling or impact, and deterioration caused by water, sweat, perfumes, chemicals or improper storage.

Please note that “everyday wear” does not mean the jewellery is permanently tarnish-proof or maintenance-free. Proper care is essential to preserve the finish for as long as possible.
